9300 DOW. As today's Grant Wall Street Journal article points out Japan's 1991 money market rates stood at 7.5%. Today they are at 1/2%. As we enter the eye of the storm and calm reappears a little interest rate reduction could push the DOW to 9300. 70% of our US growth since 1991 has been in the service sector. If worldwide cheap commodities (oil) do not become more expensive you will be asked to pay back your 125% home equity loan with very hard to get dollars. Everything including wages will be lower.
