When I saw your post, my reaction was "I SAID THAT???", having forgotten about the context of the discussion at the time

I'm sorry to have quoted you out of context. I tried to use a sound byte to jog your memory of a long ago post. Do you think that current price is due to the selling of index funds or is there any special worries for level3 (such as banks becoming more restrictive on lending).

I would agree that there probably is an overhead resistance area in the 39-40 area, resulting
from recent
(August) volume/price action.

At current price and volume it appears that any overhead resistance may have been broken. Do you agree? Is there any other factors other than the underlying strength of the company that will prevent further upward price movement?
