As I understand, company officers can talk details to individuals as long as they are similar to the issues that "materially affect" the performance of a company covered by other press releases. But, de facto, do you really think the SEC has the interest or time to cover all these penny stock. NASDAQ or NYSE stocks, yes. But these little BB stocks. TGW, you are asking for information provided by reporting companies. If that's what you want, invest ONLY in reporting companies! good luck to all, BTW I am not a GLOW shareholder at present. later, leroyt
