More replies to steve from AOL. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, Aug 28, 1998 15:18 EDT From: Stkg1 Steve, lets say you have some possible points. I'm just wondering why you don't give more details of your olex position, are you out to help or hinder the stock, and more details of your expertise in the oil business. I don't think Saul is a fool and know with all my heart Burditt and Timmons are theifs. Why not give an honest person a chance to work his personal magic, even though I understand he will make some mistakes. Wouldn't you or I? If he's a hard working honest man then I think olex will survive. I know with Burditt he lied, cheated and stole from us. Why is he on the run and not fighting for a company that just months ago told me he had $3 million dollar invested and was mad at the shorters and back stabbing deb holders. Why hasn't Saul bought the swabbers, I don't know, and I hope we get an answer to that shortly. Please make you posts clean and inteligent because olex shareholders deserve only truthfull, factual, and helpfull info after a year of lies andB.S. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: Re: Results now positive Date: Fri, Aug 28, 1998 15:43 EDT From: NiceTLCman I do not know of any promises that Califtalk made to any shareholders that he failed to honor. I do know that Califtalk stopped the crooks running Oilex from flushing the company down the toilet and hiding their misdeeds. I do know that he found the company broke with empty bank accounts, NSF checks, debts unpaid for months , and pending lawsuits claiming Burditt and Timmins, representing Oilex had defrauded them, and three of the four swabbers in the field were not working and suppliers were refusing to make deliveries of even gas and desiel to operate the equipment. And creditors were placing liens on company assets. Quite a picture. Mr Yarmak is a breath of fresh air. Now I have hope that Oilex will make it and the problems will be solved. We have an honest capable man in place to protect the shareholders. He immediately went into action and personally visited the four oil fields, and encouraged the eight company employees. He revieved all the transactions and discovered the insider dealings. He located assets and protected them from being used by Burditt. He stopped the last dilution planned by Burditt and Timmins when they tried to issue 2,550,000 new shares. He has my confidence and full support. They grabbed everything that was not nailed down, and even arranged for debenture cash to finish the job of taking away everything that could be milked. They claim payment for services that lost 99 % of the shareholders equity. You -- Steve Hales are worst than a fool and a stupid scoffer, Steve. You are down in the gutter.
