Not sure if this has relevance.... But in the Sept. 22 issue of PC Mag. Not in the archives yet. "Pipeline" column; Talks about "Web Repair Shop". In essence: IBM has in house service for their techs re: tech support called "Knowledge Base". Now IBM'S customers have access to solve hardware problems. It goes on to say that Motive Communications makes diagnoses, and repairs problems over the web. "To cut $25 billion of waste out of tech-support services by 2005." Could be a market focus....
