That is the Key "Never Seen." Those two words captivate the kind of management team we have here. They are unconventional to say the least. This may be the first time a company trading in the $2 to $4 range has ever done this. To make money in the world of penny stocks you need to be able to find situations like ININ. The team believed that the company itself would not be hurt by becoming a true penny stock. They were also sick of market makers shorting ININ down every time it had a nice run. Who cares about the stock price. You have to look at the company. Fortunately, I got in at .75 and am still holding. Now at $5, (current pre-split price). I don't know when you got in. Did you get in at all? Or are you just watching.
