Craig, you've said that Osicom was suing you. Has that been dropped? Is anything happening with this?

How hard would it be to prove that your posts are intended to make the price drop? Especially some of those like the "please, please short this stock..." (not that that one was libelous, but it shows your intent.

Now you say that management lied to us and they are con-artists. Surely you think they've abandoned any interest in suing, if they ever really said they were going to.

Just curious as to how you could feel so free to make these pronouncements. And contrary to Barbara's "Constitution" argument, libel (written, intentionally injurious statements) is still against the law. Maybe I should sue you myself. You've caused me to lose substantially due to your posts.
