I also feel that you are expecting a lot in the current overall atmosphere where the DOW and NASD etc are correcting so heavily so fast.

Whoa there, Mr EQ. Where did I say that? This is what I said:

"My perception of management is that they will not ever promote
AVAL in a hype way. They are very careful what they say and do.
In a way I like this very much, but I would also like to see the price appreciate."

More or as much as anyone, I have supported this company and
held my stock patiently for almost a year. I have added;
I have never sold.I have brought in bigger buyers than I, and I have urged them not to sell when there was no news or there was news and the stock did not move.

Agreed--they need to become reporting. We have discussed this
with AVAL and I know their lawyer knows the time limits which are
growing shorter.

Analysts? I could help there, but not until the company is clearly
on a sounder path. I think they are, but the public info is
somewhat scarce, as yet.

We need to hear the terms on the financing. You say they still need
an investment banker and you have mentioned this several times.
An investment banker usually is accompanied by a report and a buy rec.
You got one in your hip pocket? ;-)
