You state that the shares are constantly increasing, that is a mistatement. In fact the company is in the process of cancelling 61MM shares at the DTC; Well considering that the company only started out with 6,000,000 shares just a couple of years ago, I am sure that you can see how he might have made that mistake. Your generous nature will surely not make a big point out of the fact that over the last two years we have seen a steady increase in the number of shares. Now while these shares are being cancelled, what is still to be learned, is what the conversion rights are on the preferred shares that these cancelled shares are being exchanged for. But I guess that's just a detail, eh?
