Paul,

Friday morning was awful for everybody. MB and Cyber both were getting slow feeds. And if you have a slow connection like me (30K) (waiting for US West to get off of strike and install my ISDN line), then even demo trading is impossible. The sheer volume of Thursday and Friday was so heavy the quote feed couldn't keep up.

However, I've noticed slower responses every morning (even on slow volume days)and would be interested if this is my 30K connection or if it disappears with a 128K ISDN line. For example, even on good days, the morning load-up of the MM stock box after entering a new stock symbol can take as long as 30 seconds! Does anybody with ISDN lines experience this delay?

Thanks

Brent

Paul - Suggest that you repost you message and address it to either Stryker or Mr. Berger. The answer is very important. We know that Thursday and Friday were heavy volume days. However, if that is the reason (excuse) for the quote feed not being able to keep up, than we need to find a better quote feed. I can't trade using old data whether it be 30 seconds or 2 minutes late. Do you know of any trading software that does not use PC Quote as a data feed?
