Thanks for explaining the consequence for us about the buy-out. I am all for "Voting against the buy-out". I think it is just outrageous for the management to negotiate deals which left the share- holders with nothing except some left-over pennies at their mercy ( they could spend it all away for them to use to close the deal).

Will we be sent a letter to vote or we are not even given the option ?
Hope you have the answer. Thanks again. Frank

Frank,

I was wondering about voting on this. With them trying to close the deal in October, I was wondering, in this short a time span, if we would get the chance to vote. There was nothing in the news release that said anything about this decision to sell being subject to approval by the stockholders. It seems to me that the company could refinance and possibly come out of this mess after this Y2K thing is history and their customers get focused on other things.

If I get the chance, this 11,800 shares is voting NO.

Jay

Hey, did you and yours go to Ireland ? If so I hope you had a
great time. What a nightmare this turned out to be.

Good luck, we could all use some.
