Looks like ya need to compare it to the original, word for word. I'm still on vacation. Pretty sure it'll keep.

Other option of course is to speak to Mountain View, but it's a little late right now...:-)

I will certainly be asking some questions early next week. Been holding a few thousand shares and debating bottom fishing.

Has anyone read an article in recent Forbes about "open source code". There's mention of a strong IBM interest in some freely developed EC software...I'll dig up the specific issue later...

Well there was some buying in CNKT today. Does anyone have some thoughts? It seems to me that the company should be close to announcing a deal, whether that is a partnership or a buyout I am not sure. The institutional holders are still there and if they had an appetite for additional investment (such as the preffered shares before) I think it would have happend already. That leaves a deal with an outside party. CWR
