Craig, so you were a preacher! Interesting. You obviously have a brilliant mind as I have read your posts for a couple of years or longer, but just recently figured out where you are coming from.

I read once where the Book of Mormon uses 66% of existing scripture subltly folded into its pages. The first part of II Nephi29:9 sounds a lot like Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day and for ever."
For example 30:42 reminds me of Rom 16:26, "But now is made manifest, .. . . made known to all nations (for the obedience of the faith)." and the latter part Matt 20:16, " So the last shall be first and the first last; (for many are called, but few chosen)." In between these two looks like double speak.

Mormons I have known accept the Bible and treat Book of Mormon as a supplement, but you seem to reject the Bible as being God's Word from your earlier comments, if I understood you correctly. I guess I am not sure what those "more reliable books" you previously referred to.

By the way I have no intention of debating you, your 100 times smarter than me, I'm just sharing a bit of information that I have learned over the years. The Word of God is my main source of truth and understanding and my faith is built on nothing less than Jesus' Righteousness; not by any of my works.
