Well, this is terrible. I knew some institutions were looking at picking up blocks, and now that they are in this should dry up some of the volume (good/bad?). I am in California and have seen some of IVI's products here as well as joint IVI Checkmate products and in Vegas I saw quite a bit of their stuff. Why does IVI always have to fall 5X harder than the market with no participation on the upside. This is a SHOCKER, and I think IVI's management should do something immediately to help boost the share price as it has fallen to very low levels. If INGENICO buys back in they are getting shares super cheap and giving us more dilution without much added cash (relative to the share dilution). This SUCKS. Come on IVI, do something NOW!
