This is just my thoughts. what we have right now is a very
bad bear market in the Bio-techs. IT HURTS REAL BAD.I posted
some thoughts on the isis board too. what we need now is some
cool heads and not to panic. to my understanding there is what
50 billion standing on the sidelines waiting for this to come
to a end, I am one of them too. when the money starts to come
back into the bio-techs ( this is just my opinion) I think
companys like Isis and Centacorr or Corr which now have drugs
approved Ligand by then should have there first drug approved
I feel that these will be the companys that investors and fund
managers will be looking at. companys with approved product and
drugs in the late stage of phase lll testing. this is where I am
going to be. I have been in Ligand for a long time im going to ride
it out no reason to leave yet. I just added Isis back into my
portfolio and xoma <--real risky) along with my Cypros holdings.
I am looking at Vical, Chir, Btgc. all off these companys have been
taken to the woodshed.of all of them vical and xoma I feel are the
risky ones. Chir and Bio=tech general have approved products.
cyros has already 5 approved products. and 2 in late stage testing.
good luck to all the longs... my best advice is not to look at
the stock price every day go drink a beer and have somefun...
enjoy life...
