>>>Do you think Microsoft is a threat to this dude's existence ???

There is a war on for sure...but I think this war is MSFTs' Vietnam! I think they know it too, or so I've heard them say..Time will tell.

>>>Do you do any fundamental analysis or strict technical ...

Fundamentally it's Checkfrees game to lose...they have 70% of the Bill Payment Market, Service Banks which control 70% of Checking & Savings accounts in the US, IBM, Visa...Intuit which has 80% of the Personal Finance Software Market behind them.... So this war could best be described as everybody against MicroSoft.

They work with 9 of the 10 Top Banks in the US, 24 of 25 Top 25, and 40 of the Top 50. And 350 others....so the distribution that they can offer to a Biller who wants to "present" a bill to it's customer over the internet is leading to their success in signing up billers. And if not through these Banks then through Quicken which has 80% Market Share. IMO..MicroSoft can't bullshit their way into this market...crashing Win95 or Win98 is one thing...Screwing up you Checkbook is another.
