I don't recall Reg S being utilized by present management. However, it would not surprise me that prior management abused this regulation, and it seems to me that I recall Ken Smith discussing this some of those abuses with me before .

Also, I don't worry about competition in the modular furniture market. It is quite obvious tha OFIS was likely preparing to ship its manufacturing operations overseas or to Mexico (one of the targeted market sectors for USXX), and rather than do this, chose to utilize paid prison labor in order to both maintain its competitiveness as well keeping the money in the US.

OFIS needs to worry about competitiveness issues. USXX will manufacture with any and all companies with plans to export jobs overseas, and convince them to instead, provide jobs and training to inmates.

One of the reasons I like this company long-term. However, we can all see that the current investment environment does result in considerable volatility.
