This is really great news if true: Now the Knife gets word that Junior will soon be able to accessorize that iMac with a matching notebook. ...Apple will introduce the consumer-portable quadrant of its four-square CPU strategy at San Francisco's Macworld Expo in January 1999. .....Apple is basing the industrial design of these new notebooks on the curvy, translucent Bondi-blue-and-white thing happening with the iMac. (The Knife envisions an eMate-cum-clutch purse carved out of aquamarine aspic.) On the performance front, the buzz is that the eMac will touch down around the 300-MHz mark. Would love to see a $2,000 iMac / Portable bundle
