No monies were siphoned off. That is Saul's invention.

OK, Steve, let's talk this out....Oilex issued eight debentures during late 1997 and early 1998 that destroyed the value of the stock and required a reverse split. In exchange for this disaster for its stockholders, I beleive Oilex received $3.85 million dollars in cash.

A few months later, Oilex has swabbers in the shop for repairs that cannot be paid for, $400,000 in bills that it is being dunned for, employees that haven't been paid in weeks, cannot receive supplies of fuel for its equipment because bills have not been paid, and is basically down the financial crapper. Where did the $3,850,000 go?

Oilex' board of directors and former president have told their stories. What's your story on where the money went, Steve? What spin is Omar giving you on this sordid tale?

And if it is a battle of credibility, Steve, you will lose hands down. Saul Yarmak has more credibility with me than you ever will, no matter how much you bluster and insult me.

Take a hike, loser.

Rick

Are you offering advice? How knowledgeable are you of production?
I know Saul and he is nothing short of brilliant. Smartest man I have ever known.

Look into the mirror, Mr Hales.
The management group you support and are possibly involved with in some degree
took advantage of you and
they certainly have given you inaccurate information which you used to open the
Caye Chapel message board on SI; and yet you never find fault with their
management of Oilex and Caye Chapel and Churchill and M Patten Holdings
and Phoenix Resources. You never find fault with all their insider transactions
that took royalty assets and cash away from the cash cow know as Oilex Inc.
You never find fault with the double escrows were the assets were sold to Oilex at
prices double and triple the original purchase price.
You never find fault with the millions of newly issued shares that Timmins and
Burditt issued to themselves for little or no value.
You never find fault with the illegal and unreported sales that Burditt conducted
using a broker in Canada.
You never find fault that Oilex cash was used to support the lavish life style
of Burditt, the advisor to Timmins.
You never find fault that the news releases were basicly false and or misleading.
You never find fault that investors have lost 99% of their cash value in two years.

COME ON get out of your fools paradise and open your eyes to reality.
Either you are one of the promoters who benefited or you are a fool.
