Not sure about the investigation part since, to TPI's credit, they fully but unwittingly reported their violation in their 10-QSB. We noticed it here on the thread but I've got to believe it was ignorance of the rule on their part or they wouldn't have been so open about it. The normal SEC review probably picked it up and notification was made to the company demanding a cure.

I still don't think we'll go as low as a quarter. I don't believe they have enough stock to do that unless all buying ceases from the retail side of the equation. If they take the price too low, there will be panic selling and prohibit recovery of the price which is what they should want when they are done selling. I only say that because most of the "funny" paper is under the control or influence of a single group of people and there is more than one game or set of circumstances at work here. Some want to short and cover and some want to convert and sell while still others are awaiting restrictions to cease and don't want worthless paper. Everything needs to be carefully orchestrated lest part of the group takes a beating.

Don't you just love conspiracies?

Alan

I agree with you Jeff! This current price creates a great buying opportunity!!

TPI will not see .25, we have based our lows at .50!!

TPII is a development stage company with little cash. These types financing are discouraging, but needed to make the big increases in revenue and profits.

I believe that TPII will have an awesome fall and the stock should see $1.50 again very soon once TPII management and Samantha get off their ASS and communicate with investors!!

NASDBULL

P.S. Please what for an UP day on the NASDAQ to communicate to us. You must wait till 1:00 pm Eastern and decide if the market is strong enough to warrant any NEW information. Remember, the stock needs attention!!!!! WE NEED NEWS!!!!!!
