Richard,

It used to be that no one knew how to assay the dirt, now they don't know where to take samples. Maybe it is the desert Leprecauns just keep moving the gold around. If we could just catch one of those Leprecauns they would have to give up their gold. VBG

Richard, Do you believe that sucker talk? If so you are a sucker.
If you do a nickel sulfur fusion assay with a AA finish you will get all the elements that you are interested in finding measured with accuracy.

Now NiS is costly($100) and FA is cheap ($7-9) and that is why it is preferred. true some minerals are hard with FA, but none are hard with NiS.

Obscuring minerals?, all accounted for in the preparation procedure.

If you want to get a working assay that is cheap you will have to do an unusual preparation, this is true, as grade control etc cannot justify NiS assays at $100 each(they are costly even if done in house)
