This deal with INTEL could be HUGE! 20 Million shares issued under .10 won't matter much! If this stock price goes any lower, it seems to me that it would be hard to lose money on this one.

Could it be that the debenture holders will now convert their
remaining notes at these depressed prices? This will get them lots
more shares which makes sense assuming there will be good news in
the not too distant future, and that's what I am hoping for.
