I was going to add up the dollar amount of all the insider sales in the past year last night, but I just couldn't bring myself to add up ALL of them. There must be at least 100 to 150 transactions, must of them 6 figures, many are 7 figure trasnsactions. Net profit last year was something like $11 million (if memory serves me correctly), I would guess the various directors/officers and affiliated trust sold and pocketed somewhere in the neighborhood or $70 million. Seeing how they own something like 58% of the company, they can do anything the want, and it appears they want to line their pockets at the expense of the other shareholders holding the other 42%.
Also, I saw that one of the directors/officers sits on the board of E-trade and was a former indian chief of a large trading house. He has remunerated himself well. I can't help but to SPECULATE as to what, if any, role this individual may have played in getting the share price as ridiculously high as it is and in promoting the stock.
