It's not the best time to buy them now, but when the time is right, look out. Given the current market environment, I guess you could say that about any stock. IFCI is one of my favorite small cap plays and I'm accumulating it on this blue-light special. I saw an interview with the CEO's of GTE and Bell Atlantic right after their merger was announced. When asked where they saw the future of the industry the GTE CEO replied that it was the insatiable demand for bandwith, the delivery of voice, data, video, blah, blah. Demand for talent far exceeds supply in this arena and I applaud IFCI management for their agressive approach and performance. They are doing all the right things, in the right place, at the right time.
