After fighting my way through a zillion 144 filings I found the following share info in the 10 K This was BEFORE the 2 for 1 stock split in May : ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The number of shares of the registrant's Common Stock outstanding at March 13, 1998 was 25,756,010. CONCENTRATION OF STOCK OWNERSHIP As of March 1, 1997, the Company's executive officers and directors and their affiliates together owned approximately 14,092,781 shares (approximately 54%) of the outstanding Common Stock (as determined in accordance with rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission). Further, the Company's executive officers and directors and their affiliates held options to acquire an additional 1,295,458 shares of Common Stock at exercise prices ranging from $5.30 to $47.50 per share. These additional shares, together with the outstanding shares currently owned, would represent beneficial ownership of approximately 56% of the Common Stock, after giving effect to the exercise of those options. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looks like a sizable float available to me Rob
