Nah, that couldn't be it. That drakes guy doesn't know what he's talking about. ;-)

This Berlin thing looks interesting. Playing it for the pump and the dump would be nice. Doesn't look like there is any advance warning on the Berlin listings though.

Someone that can read German might want to spend some time in here:

I have not been able to find anything that would give a "heads up" to a new listing before the fact.
