well, I guess it all comes down to what..thurs..the 10th?
I am not sure I understand the process here, but they get three days to cover, and then a three day extension??
The 7th is a holiday?, so
I think the tenth is no excuse day?????
Or do they have to start covering Mon??

I guess it's all going to come out one way or another.

I hope the longs are correct.
