A little off topic,> looks like the interest rates may come down again,
might even continue down. Keep your options open on refinancing.
It might be a way to obtain cash, lower your payment and or invest
proceeds in perhaps much more reduced stock prices (in general) a year or two out. Average bear market(if it is) is 14 months.
If when this becomes a bear it might take longer,maybe 2-3 years.
