Rand, I want to make a additional comment about your concern about Maxam's ability to pay their claim fees. Here we have Maxam conducting a special shareholder meeting, creating preferred shares, and issuing dividends. While the creation of preferred shares does posture Maxam for the future, Runyon told me that there wasn't anything specifically planned for those shares. All those monkey motions has to be expensive. For what? Just to posture the company for the future? Do you really think that Maxam would spend it's limited resources on fluff and abandon some of its land holdings? I find that hard to believe.
