Artic Mike--Thanks for the advice. I wish it worked. I do get a netcsape window coming up briefly stating that it is updating the stocks, but nothing happens and the window disappears. I check my data and it is not updated. I will have to wait for techsupport on Monday. A real pain that they are not available on the weekend. I can't see yet how much better they are then TCPRO which is available all weekend. Not quite sour grapes, but getting irritated, Myron
