Richard, Richard,

You are now defending CL Shilltmore?

Its one thing to believe what you say but acknowledge the possibility you may be wrong. Its called an opinion. I think you hold pretty strong opinions about Maxam.

It is quite another to announce over and over again in no uncertain terms that "X is going to happen" "Y is going to happen" "Christmas at the AGM", yada yada yada. All the while acting as a sort of "semi-official company spokesman." And then berate and ridicule those who choose to be skeptical of your mantra.

I can't imagine anybody defending that clown.

Mr. Mazzarella, Richard if I may, no apology needed. Shorts do not expect to be treated with kid gloves ;). You have raised some valid concerns and I would like to respond.

>>>You as a short especially know that you benefit from activist shareholders,<<<

Agreed. The DD's are a fave of mine, a cash cow if you will. The spin that these gentlemen can generate is something else. I would use a different term to describe them, but I am trying to be nice ;).

>>>.... hide behind a frustrated investor to achieve your objectives,...<<

Not in this case. Anytime, I see CL's comments used, I just get a little defensive. Disgruntled shareholders do work to a shorters advantage I admit (I submit the NAXOF thread as an example), but I wouldn't advocate silence because of this.

>>>Maybe you were posting as a trial animal?<<<

Not part of the menagerie ;).
