Victor, I would also desire any equity purchase to be discounted for a Congress that's been hog-tied, unable to act, where critical reform is concerned. And w/ a long string of elections ahead, the situation may only worsen. A particularly poor moment for financial or economic instability in Argentina. It is my position, for what it's worth, that Argentina has come a long way in this decade. I hope they are up to continuing the work, because there remains still much to be accomplished.
