Wardy Qualifies Second for the
Inaugural Atlanta 500 Classic!

ATLANTA, GA (August 28, 1998) -- Building on his dominating
performance two weeks ago at the Radisson 200, Wardy qualifies in second
position behind Billy Boat for the inaugural Atlanta 500 Classic -- his fourth
of this season.

"We tested here, and we're close today to where we tested. (Crew chief)
Mitch (Davis) did a few things to improve the car. I ran three laps at the
exact same speed -- pretty amazing. The car is really free in the corner. It
feels great. Tonight, I think we might see 2 to 3 mph better, maybe a 225. But
nothing really drastic," said Wardy following his first practice trip
Thursday.

"We just got a little tow. That's how it was with everyone out there. I don't
think we'll sit on the pole, but we've got a good race car. The car is good in
traffic, and it's consistent," said Wardy after Thursday's second practice.
Wardy ran second by a narrow margin at 224.390 behind Mark Dismore.

Look for Wardy Saturday night in the Atlanta 500 classic televised LIVE
on TNN, 9pm EDT.

Radio broadcast by IMS Radio Network will begin with a prerace show at
8:30pm EDT followed by a live broadcast at 9pm EDT.

ISM Racing Announces
Multi-Year Sports Marketing Agreement
with Thermo Tech Technologies

--Environmental Company to be Primary Sponsor
for Indy Racing League Effort--

ATLANTA, GA (August 28, 1998) -- In keeping with a growing reputation
for bringing new corporate sponsors into the highly competitive
motorsports arena, Indianapolis -based ISM Racing today announced it has
reached a multi-year agreement with Thermo Tech Technologies, Inc., to be
the title sponsor of its entry in the Pep Boys Indy Racing League (IRL).

The inventor of a patented environment waste conversion process, Thermo
Tech will become the primary corporate partner of Wardy's #35 ISM
Racing/Prolong/Superflo/G Force/Aurora car.

The company, whose agreement with ISM will extend through the year
2001, uses its cutting-edge environmental technology to build waste
management facilities that convert organic materials into high-protein feed
supplements and soil conditions. The process is recognized as the most
effective and economically attractive solution to diverting organic waste
from landfills or incineration -- with zero environmental impact.

Thermo Tech, whose U.S. operation is based in Atlanta, hopes to use its
partnership with ISM as a cornerstone of its American marketing effort.

"We are very excited about this unique opportunity to begin building brand
recognition for our company in the United States," said Rene J.
Branconnier, President and Director, Thermo Tech Technologies, Inc. "The
partnership with ISM will create a truly unique sales and hospitality
environment in which to forge new civic and corporate partnerships.
Additionally, the Pep Boys Indy Racing League reaches an incredible
world-wide audience via its international television package -- a perfect
addition to our international marketing efforts."

For ISM, the announcement not only represents the opportunity to build
resources for their increasingly competitive IRL effort, but adds to a
growing list of corporate partners the company has successfully introduced
into motorsports marketing via the IRL and NASCAR. Thanks to aggressive
alliance building and strategic business-to-business sales efforts, ISM has
created effective motorsports-based promotional programs with FirstPlus
Financial, Tabasco and Primadonna Resorts since 1993.

"This new partnership with Thermo Tech is one we are very pleased to
bring to the Pep Boys Indy Racing League," said Gary Sallee, owner, ISM
Racing. "Not only will it insure the long-term stability and competitiveness
of our effort on the race track, but it allows us to expand our
business-to-business marketing expertise in new and creative ways. The
IRL concept provides an excellent environment for aggressive companies
like ours to offer forward thinking businesses such as Thermo Tech with
creative promotional and marketing solutions. This agreement validates our
original IRL business plan -- and, it's a perfect spring board for future ISM
-based program."

An innovator in the rapidly emerging field of international environmental management,
Canadian-based Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. is a global leader in waste disposal and
bioconversion.

New to the U.S. market with its corporate office located in Atlanta, Ga., Thermo Tech has
developed and patented an innovative process that rapidly converts wet organic waste
into pasteurized and highly marketable end-products. Known as the Thermo Master
process, this ground breaking technology is internationally recognized as the most
effective and economically viable solution to the world's environmental crisis in the
disposal of wet organic wastes.

by combining four technologies (raw material receiving and preparation, aerobic
fermentation, end-product management and state-of-the art ventilation and odor control),
the Thermo Master process converts 100% of the delivered waste material to valuable end
products in only 20-30 hours. Organic food waster is converted into high-energy, high
protein feed supplement. Municipal and other sludges are converted into nutrient-rich
organic fertilizer.

Unlike other environmental programs which require massive space and resources, a
Thermo Master plant capable of processing 600 tones per day needs as little as 22,000
square feet of floor space on only one to two acres of land -- and it can be located in any
light industrial-zoned area. This unique benefit positions the company for future growth by
providing an unique, non-obtrusive environment solution to forward thinking communities
around the world.

Forging U.S. Business Alliances

Listed on the Nasdaq (under the trading symbol TTRIF), a cornerstone of the Thermo Tech
Technologies business plan for expansion to U.S. and international markets is based on the
creation of key corporate and civic partnerships.

The Thermo Tech Technologies business plan is designed to create a dynamic synergy
between private business and government agencies. Each Thermo Master plant is ensured
a constant supply of organic waste generated through contracts with collection agencies
such as Browning Ferris Industries and Waste Management. Additionally, wet waste from
such private firms as Coca-Cola, A&P Stores, McDonalds, Kellogg's and Mead
Corporation have been successfully transformed into useful consumer products.

Local community environment benefits result from diverting a large quantity of wet organic
waste from landfills or incineration -- instead, it is processed into a valuable resource with
zero environmental impact.

the company projects 90 or more Thermo Master plants to be constructed within the next
five years, with current plans calling for American installation in Massachusetts, New York
state and Washington.

A creative twist to this corporate strategy is the newly created partnership between
Thermo Tech Technologies and Indianapolis, Ind.-based International Sports Marketing
(ISM). In an effort to create a unique sales and hospitality opportunity while building
brand recognition in key markets around the United States, Thermo Tech has agreed to be
the primary sponsor of ISM's entry in the Pep Boys Indy Racing League.

This is where you can find info on TTRIF sponsorship of the Jeff Ward car.

jeffward.com

As to the pertinence of TTRIF using this as an advertising vehicle ( pardon the pun).. I see no problem with it; no more than Budweiser or a shoe company or an investment company etc.... advertising is advertising........get the TTRIF colors on national TV .... thats the deal.
Crisis ??? what crisis ?? I would question J.D. holes motives in light of his past involvment with TTRIF , as well as this whole confidentiality agreement he has entered into with Trooper.

====4. At the request of Trooper, I have executed a Confidentiality
Agreement, a copy of which is now shown to me and attached as
Exhibit "B" to this my Affidavit.===

and so it goes......
by the look of things.... some trooper investors are getting nervous and selling......wassup with that ?
