The article does indeed mention that the SEC was accusing a person inside the financial industry of hyping a stock. The real question is this: how many people on this thread are really brokers, paid promoters, or market makers touting this stock, while hiding behind pseudonyms. I think there are 2 types of people touting DGIV on this thread -- paid professionals, and what the Marxists used to refer to as "useful idiots", people who are gullible enough to remain blindly loyal and strongly support the Party on their own.
