Mr. Forthright, I believe that you and your group \arrived on this thread with intent to influence investors, why Mr. tonto even tried to have us believe their was email going about with 'insider' information pertaining to the Monsanto negotations in reference to Touch of Nature. To date Mr. tonto has not forwarded these email transmissions to the company which suggests that perhaps ..there are none, he fabricated the story, or...he, himself, is privy to insider information and chose to deseminate it on this thread. Ms. Shell gave us incorrect float numbers, misleading information about FDA requirements pertaining to Touch of Nature and Dr. Petit. Mr. Tonto also posted a 1995 disclosure statement to disprove 1998 facts. So, I suggest your group may not be welcomed with open arms. On top of all that the court has ruled, the guilty have been served and Mr. bgtit provided you with the court case#. The courts have frozen the accounts of those in question and they must start covering Monday. For the record, the company WILL NOT, CAN NOT settle with the shorts and provide them with wholesale shares!! The court has ruled! JB OXFORD was allowed a one day extension in the service of the court order. They must start buying 4MM shares in the open market MONDAY. RB
