(Hey! I got 2255!) Excellent! I think I know that guy! His real name is Ben Deijo. He obviously saw the cOUSIN SHORTY newsletter about how to prove that when you buy a stupid BB crap stock and lose money, (shocking development!) it can never be your own fault. On a more serious note, I wonder if there is anything SI can do to assist. I hope there is, since the threat is a legal one against SI also. I wish I knew of some way to help find and prosecute Benny. I'm waiting for my legal papers from him to arrive. I still am unclear on What The Giant Reptile From Another Planet Did Wrong, but I guess that's minor.......http://www.twow.com/thumper/suprchkn.wav

Janice , I hope you don't mind me adding my two cents. I hope you don't use your real name. I think it is very risky for anyone to use real names in chat groups. Risky from the point that there are "Bone Heads" out there that get off on being *holes. Check out this survey Silicon Investor did: techstocks.com 83% of users were male, and 11% were female. I have read allot on the topic of Internet security, and on-line stalking articles. A good friend of mine is going to be Sun Certified soon, he does network / Internet security for large companies. You would not believe the horror stories he tells me. If you are interesting in anything about Internet security PM me and I will send you some info. In my opinion never do this in chat groups: NEVER use your real name, NEVER use your main e-mail address. (Especially if you are a female)** Get an e-mail address from one of those free services, so when you have to changing it, it is not a big deal. Spam is a problem as well, mainly from stock newsletters. Just my opinion, sorry you are having problems.

Janice: A friend of mine brought your post to my attention. Bravo for exposing this person. The email he sent you was reprehensible. No one should open their mail and have to see that type of hatefulness. Anonymity on the internet/email has spawned intolerable behavior by some people. I sincerely hope your posting this example of comtemptible mail abuse will help bring a stop to individuals who subscribe to these practices. Take care and be well, Sherry
