Well I think Josef is right we have to be wary of a continued sell off. Since you are wisely largely in cash you can afford to wait until a rebound is confirmed.

It has been pointed out to me that it is illegal for companies to hold good news but I believe that it happens all the time. Think about it, most news releases involve contracts between one company and another. A deal in principal can be achieved without an actual signing of a contract if the announcements effect would be muted by a bad stock market.

We just need a turn in sentiment and a confirmed recovery and stocks everywhere will look much more attractive.
