Business Description: Hi Tech/CD Manufacturing

This is an advance notice that Markatech Industries Corp. (MKD-VSE) is about to
release a flurry of news about its new 60% joint venture with MCDI.

MCDI is in the final stages of opening a CD manufacturing plant which will replicate
pre-recorded formats including CD-Audio, CD-ROM and CD-DVD compact discs
(CD). The CD industry is growing faster and faster each year and most new plants
opened report that they must double their capacity within two years to keep up with
demand.

MCDI is located in Vancouver, British Columbia and the nearest competitor in
Canada is over 3,000 miles away. MCDI already has built in orders from the music
industry, as its principals own a company called Spinner Records, a producer and
distributor of music CD's in Canada and Europe.

MCDI has developed unique business alliances with USA companies which will
provide the $1.5 million in required CD manufacturing equipment on a
pay-as-you-sell CD's cost basis. The USA companies are truly sharing in the market
risk of this venture.

Markatech is predicting a pre-tax profit of $0.045 per share in year one from its share
of the operation and $0.079 in year two. That is based on running the CD operation
at 32% and 50% capacity, respectively.

Markatech's current trading price is around $0.13 per share. If things go well as
planned, you shouldn't have any difficulty turning a hefty profit within a few
months. If you like, you can call Markatech at 604-732-0302. You might recall, several
months ago we featured Markatech in the Promotion Report upon anticipation of
news and many of our subscribers saw a quick doubling of their money.

MCDI is currently in the process of raising $500,000 in working capital through a
preferred share offering which will pay each shareholder dividends, royalty bonuses
and is convertible to Markatech common shares.. If you are interested in getting
involved (min. $10,000 investment) give me a call at 800-526-6188 or email me and I'll
forward the offering terms to you.
