Paul, Will you do me a favor? Please call the DGIV transfer agent on Sept 1st. (I'm living at home this summer and my father pays the phone bill) Please ask him/her how many shares are authorized, how many are outstanding, and if known, how many shares are in the float. Also, if you can find out how many shares are shorted that would be appreciated as well. It would be nice to have all these facts verified on the first day of September. If you would do this and then post the true numbers, I would be very thankful. To DGIVERS: I don't know the transfer agent's #... if someone could post it to Paul that would be great... TIA.
