<So you agree we will have a big LT again on Monday?>
OK, Thean..what's an LT?
Has "LT" become synonymous with "crash"?
Maybe we are just going to a lower threshold in the market with more profit taking...

What's a "big L-T"?.... a big "large tanking?"

I want to puke every time I hear this long term hold mantra (please no reference to my previous believer status, thank you!). Of all the radio and media programs I have listened to this past week, only one even mentioned the possibility of the market NOT being the place to be (I think similar to what you heard Thean). I forget who mentioned it here, but the comparison to the nifty-fifty days and now is scary. I'm ready to flip back to the long end anytime, but not now.

Does anyone know if those panelists on Wall Street Week WERE robbed on their home? An older couple I know watched Uncle Ru and said they feel better about their investments and are going to stay put. AN OLDER COUPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the friend whose account I manage came buy today and I went over what I had done and how much he had saved AND what his August statement would have looked like. I think he finally got it. I think a lot of other folks might get it when they do get their statements.

LT...this gold thing...I think on this one you're wrong. Not fighting the tape has saved a lot of money for us and it appears to me that gold is telling us NOT to invest now. After reading all the stuff assigned to me I just couldn't keep thinking about how logical it all sounded and how I used to think the same thing about the drillers 3-4 months ago. My God, those 5 year charts of gold mining stocks are the worst things I've ever laid my eyes upon. I'm stayin' out until there is some kind of technical upturn.
