If insiders are not buying at these levels it means the company is going out of business. The company should have a share repurchase if they really believe in their future. Probably about 3 million shares.

David I am very much interested in your information, but have a few questions and concerns. First, how can we be sure that the information you stated is true and correct. Second, are you the insider or are you relating information that purportedly comes from an insider? Either way, why is it not illegal for you to convey that infomation? I hope that it is not and that you will continue to provide insights into the company. But, I will be reluctant to believe what you say until you better describe the basis for obtaining your information.
