Hello All,

I just noticed some additional Form 144s at Edgar Online for Aug 14:
edgar-online.com

Is anyone here a subscriber? If so, can you tell me what they say?

They don't seem to be listed on yahoo at this time.
biz.yahoo.com

Whew, I was going to post this earlier but the preview function on SI seems to be malfunctioning. I had to remove Preview on my post in order to get this here.

Tom

HARRY'S Answers and FAQ:
Here is a history of my decision to buy and hold this stock:
1. June 12, 1997 Standard and Poor (Comstock )agreement
205.185.55.112
2. Juy 15,1997
Initial Announcement with Projections of the time with Risk Warnings:
205.185.55.112
3. Aug 26, 1997 Siemens Pyramid announces its selection by Financial Intranet for Product development. Product was delayed creating risky buying opportunities in the $0.25 area as a result of a combination of engineering and system design and changes (like any major techinical product). The company maintained a spartan office in NY during this phase.

or if you prefer Siemens Archives for the same news:
siemens-pyramid.com

4. The first sign that the company had survived a gruelling development cycle and may open its doors soon. ( I know about increasing number of shares but this technology does not come cheap and the low share price would mean more stock to pay for Siemens Engineers and Management of the Project - suggest you buy Siemens Stock for Safety)

Wait begins for the Web Site to really prove it was not a scam
Finally it surfaced in July 1998:

5. Conversations with Independent Insurance Brokers that a need exists for a product of the kind FNTN was building - Bringing a vast array of information to their desk top in a comparative format.

Reasons to continue holding the stock:
6. I personally like the management and the spartan work force.
They dont call me unless I call them and leave a question or two for answers.
7. I have been an engineer and a project manager with Helett-Packard and know that delays can crop up from unforeseen quarters even with a well managed and financed and defined project. Hewlett-packard's Risk Machine Architecture project was delayed several years inspite of the company putting a huge chunk of its available resources on it.
8. Big Boys are always there and they were there when Cisco sytems, LSI logic, Yahoo, AOL and Amazon were launched.

And now to frequently asked questions:

9. Why the management keeps printing shares?
a. Thank god they are not printing money. That would worry me. For the rest just look at the share price range 0.13 to 1.90 (longest period between 0.25 and 0.60) for the most part and intraday high of $2.25. You can figure out why they would need new shares to pay Siemens, Worldcom and S&P and at least some salaries. I do admit, in the lack of financials I cant judge it to the tee but I am glad they dont call me every time they make a decision. That is why they are getting paid their salaries
10. It is a Nevada Corporation so could it be a scam?
Yes of course it could . You be the judge. Move on. I have been following this company too closely. I have even checked out their FCC licenses before thay even had a web-site.
11. Why are you protecting this stock from attackers on the internet?
Because I dont want to get scammed by the attackers. I do have better things to do with my time. But the lives of many people, their marriages, their children depend on finances. I dont want them to suffer because of somebody's eloquent nature. English is not my native language but working hard is my trait.
12. Lurkers Corner is inaccurate.
It is as accurate as the numbers reported to me. Yes it is not the official record of owners. Take it for what it is worth or leave it entirely. Send SEC after me and I will show them the transmitted records (electronic and printed for safety) on which it is based and they can go after the folks who wrote (anybody wants to correct their record, just e-mail me and I will increase or reduce the count as needed).

13. Why are the Insiders Filing Form 144 - intent to sell?
Because it is required by law. It is extremely small portion of the Outstanding shares. And a miniscule portion of their undisclosed holdings I believe. All filings expire in 90 days.

14. Anyone can replicate their offering in 2 weeks!
I am not against competition.

p.s. I must thank Cliff Daniel for raising some of the issues which have prompted this posting. As more questions need answers, and if I can answer them I will try to incorporate them in here.

---------------------you are right I think.
Hi Harrry: Have you figured out why more people have not picked up in the
Empire Financial/ IDB relationship? I think with Empire making an effort to
advertise in CNBC gives them all the credibility we could ask for. I view this
relationship plus future relationships with other brokers as huge!

-----------------------adding 5000

Hi Harry, please put me down for another 5000 shares which
I added Thursday.

Thanks,

-----------------------let me know if i should add or subtract or both

Hi Harry,

I wish I could join the chat room.

Some update, I've had FNTN for a while. I got lucky and got some at .25
and bought some more at around .60. Which brough my total to around 57,000.
But I had a crisis come up and I had
to sell 50,000 shares. Made a couple grand. Then literaly a few days later
the stock went over a $1. OUCH. Since then I have been able to get 20,000
shares back in @ around 1.33. Since the majority of my shares is at the high
water mark, I'm losing money. But a lot of the fntn price right now is due
to the overall market. It sucks to be down across the board. But them's the
breaks. I don't belive FNTN will be the next Yhoo or Amnz, but I belive it
could have a viable market. Only time will tell.

I've stopped following the FNTN thread.
1) We don't seem to hear from Wiz any more.
He had a refreshing way of looking at things. ;)
2) The posts have gone off the deep end.

I check it every once in a while, but mainly rely on my own DD.
I do like hearing from the lurkers corner, so please, keep up the
good work.

Well, any ways,

take care,
