Sets the stage to have his own people continually looking the other way. 1. Glacial response to judicial & Congressional/Senate subpoenas 2. Jobs for K. Willey for which she had NO quals. 3. $500,000+ hush money for Web Hubbell 4. Pentagon job + job offer at UN for Monica 5.
