RE: Indicted by Starr If the President is indicted on a federal charge before he is impeached, convicted, and expelled from office, he can always pardon himself. For your purposes, It would be better to indict him in some other jurisdiction. Maybe Sudan or Afghanistan for arson, murder, sexual perversion, adultery, and war crimes. Sudan can then extradite him I believe the S.Ct and the U.S. Army will play along (I'm not sure about the Marines). We can then seeing him subjected to Islamic justice on CNN I think Sharia law involves the surgical removal of the offending organs.
