Heck of a deal. Here we have a guy that went out and broke the law, doesn't deny it, sold millions of shares at a dollar a share that he couldn't legally sell while hundreds of people were buying them from him, oblivious to the fact that the ship was going down with a spaceman at the helm and we wonder if we'll ever get the money back! I think Jail Time is more appropriate. I wouldn't DEAL with this guy at all. He should give the money back or go to Jail. He should give the money back FIRST, and THEN go to jail. That's what is right. If he doesn't have the money then we should extract it from him any way we can. Forget working with him. Take what he has and move on. What he has belongs to us anyway. It came out of our pocket. shotgun
