Mr. Forthright, With all respect sir, It appears you lack objectivity. THis was a nice , quiet thread, perhaps 4 or 5 of us, before this 'group' made their presence known. You would not be here but for this 'group' of bashers. They made their presence felt by putting shareholders on the defense, they cited incorrect float numbers, they used 1995 disclosure statements in an attempt to corrupt 1998 realities, they planted the notion of "insider information" proclaiming there were email transmissions in which shareholders were exchanging inside information. To date , no e mail to validate these claims has been forwarded to the company. The group demonstrated no idea of FDA criteria for approval submission since AZNT products are dietary supplements and do not require such approval. The group showed they had no idea that Touch of Nature did not contain stevia and went about , through speculation and innuendo, attempting to prove it did. The group also has been attempting to speculate on Dr. Pettit and his research with Dr. Lorrichio and their current relationship. Lastly this group has yet to address the findings in federal court that those short AZNT have been ordered, by the court, to cover in 3 days or go to jail. The particulars of 'why' they are being ordered to do so have been avoided like the plague which demonstrates ,irrevocably, that this group is not objective , rather, it appears their agenda is to persuade, through speculation (hype) and innuendo (misinformation). Monday the illegal shares must, by court order, start to be covered. Can you explain where JB OXFORD is going to buy 4MM shares of AZNT in the open market when the float is only 800K? What are the ramifications of this? Or will you smugly dismiss my contentions as "hype"? Your choice. Good Day RB
