Sales efforts have been going on for quite some time at Palm-Aire. The earlier Phase of the project involved renovations to an existing building and the hotel. It was done in phases of 18,66 & 23 units. I really am not sure how much inventory remains from the work completed. Most of their sales effort seems to be on Royal Vista and Ocean Palms. Both of these were completed this year and I hear they are doing well. With these two projects we gave them 187 units to sell. This should keep them busy for a while. Hope this helps. Jeff
