dgiv is the same company- actually better since we have more contracts, more alliances in more countries-that it was previously.

The price has decreased for a number of factors, including the general market environment, lack of news for a long period of time which means a slow down in the rate of buys, selling by impatient investors/daytraders who were hoping for news, MM manipulation as well as margin calls which may cause some investors to sell to raise cash. In this general market malaise, many investors had to face margin calls, and if they had some profits in DGIV, they may have to sell to raise cash, adding to the selling pressure. However, IMO, the selling has NOT been due to deteriorating fundamentals, which are in fact getting better and better, as many of us have stated repeatedly.

DGIV needs to go out of its way to attract renewed buying. Releases of news/contracts would show how the fundamentals are getting even better, and that would definitely help. In addition, official filings of form 10, financials, would help to attract institutional-type investors. By the way, as stated many times previously, the actual "numbers" are not at all important. It is the "official" filing of the numbers that is the key, since all "true" investors knows that DGIV can only get bigger and better in the future with all the contracts/alliances being formed at this time. The past, therefore, is only a foundation for this company on a fast-growth curve.

Jimmy Chin is back after a long trip abroad to expand DGIV business. I suspect he will now devote his time and effort to increase shareholder value, as he has done in the past to get us to this level from being less than 1 dollar in March.

Good points, Sam:

1. Most folks won't invest in a BB stock-strike one.
Right, which is why the financials, SB10, and listing is critical. It is only a matter of when, and I think we are all more than ready for this to happen.

2. Earnings or the reasonable expectation thereof move markets and we have nothing impressive yet-strike two
With VoIP stocks, the reasonable expectation is the key, IMO. No one expects to turn huge earnings in this area for a couple or three years. At least DGIV has a core business with some revs, though admitedly they are not real high. Most others are still having negative earnings.

3. But we have been in business for 10 years, have a good ceo and probably won't go broke.
Yes, this is something that is often overlooked. Although the previous business model is being evolved from streaming video in favor of international VoIP, the fact is there is a history of being able to stay afloat with a business for many years, and there is in fact an SB-10 filed with the SEC, it is just an old one.

4. Our gateway seems to be competitive
This is an understatement. NMSS and Nortel are arguably the best in the business.

5. We are in the game(have contracts) although we are at a financial disadvantage.
Yes to the first, probably yes to the second, although we won't know how we stack up until we see the SB-10.

6. We are in a hot and growing area,
No question about that, and in an area that has been unfairly beaten down with the overall market swoon, so it is more of a good buy today than several months ago.

Bottom line, DGIV is a risky but high payoff potential stock. It is a stock to hold if you are a visionary and are willing to wait for this technology and contracts to mature. It is not a stock to hold if you are after a quick killing. Of course, none of us like to see that slide that we have seen lately, but what goes down comes up if the fundamentals are there. Let's see what the company might have in store for us regarding the financials, etc.
