No, I guess anything >20% down is a bear market. I'm pretty sure he mentioned 20 to 50%, though, as I was typing while the guy was talking. Is that like walking and chewing gum at the same time? Looks like the Bald man from Mars has put in an appearance. He generally only shows up at cratered sites. Look out below!
