Mr. Forthright, Indeed, you should have listened to me when I first suggested that you inquire about the case. For future reference sir; Copy Requests: Copy Fees $1.00 per page Copy requests are made at the Records or Fileroom counter, in person or in writing, no telephone requests will be taken. Copy fees are paid in cash, in advance. Copies cannot be made until all fees have been collected. Copies are completed in five working days. Special permission must be given to complete them sooner. Completed copies can be picked up at the Records counter, or can be sent by mail. Attorney copies are placed in their individual folders, found in the lobby of the office in which they were ordered. Individuals CANNOT remove any documents from files for copying. Clip the pages to be copied, list the document titles on the order form and return both to the Records Clerk. All copy requests must be filled by this office. Documents cannot be removed from the premises for copying elsewhere. Good Day RB
